One of the most famous transgenders today Caroline Cossey set quite some records in transgender history. Born under the name of Barry Kenneth Cossey Caroline was raised as a male and have been bullied thorugh school because of her feminine look. As a teenager he was diagnosed with Kleinefelter-syndrome where, instead of having the normal XY sexual chromosome pattern he had XXXY. At the age of 17 he received hormon therapy, following a breast augmentation, Caroline started her carreer as a showgirl in London. She got a role in a 1981 Bond Movie called For Your Eyes Only and was the first transgender woman beeing featured in the September issue of the Playboy magazine.
